Problems paying with PayPal?
Do you get errors when paying invoices from us or paying at checkout including like the ones show here?
We struggled for months with some customers just not being able to finalise payment!
Finally we figured out the problem with the help of an awesome customer “Cheryl”
The Solution? Easy!
YOUR ACCOUNT NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED AGAIN WITHIN PAYPAL.
They want you to check in every now and then to verify your settings are correct and validate you paypal account. If you don’t do this then it becomes a limited account.
HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM
Easy. Preferably using a desktop computer, log into https://www.paypal.com.au
You may already have an Asterix (circled, see our pic below) on your BELL sign which indicates there is action required. The other way to check is to click on the SETTINGS (COG WHEEL) then check SECURITY and NOTIFICATION areas and verify all correct personal information.
Once you are re-verified with paypal you should have no problems paying our invoices
